For the past few weeks my head has been feeling clogged, like my brain has been shut down, I can't remember things, Im less intuitive and even my bi-polar disorder isn't acting up anymore...This feeling has nothing to do with allergies because this came after I started weight-lifting and put on about 15-20 lbs of muscle, it sorta of came all at once, this problem since then I've loss most of the weight but I still have that clogged feeling. I am upset with this b/c it feels like I can't think that much any more, my head used to race with ideas but now Im like a vegetable..I don't do drugs or anything like that. I think the physical altercations to my body has changed the chemistry in my head... because some of the effects of lifting are still one me... Any Ideas? I don't do drugs...
Why head feels clogged? Non-Nasal, Ear or Throat?
Very puzzling. Like there's bad chemistry going on. See what they call a 'pain doctor'. They are trained to deal with the entire body and probably are more up on pharmaceuticals than M.D.s. It may be easier to get a reference at a hospital.
