Snout clogged ...please help im worried?

my am bulldog,grm shep mix has a problem..his snout seems to be clogged severly...there is no discharge from nose...but is having trouble eating because of it...first sign was that i noticed he has a diff. look in his eyes....almost as if his eyes sank down alittle...the whites of his upper part of his eyes show more...its wierd i know..i pushed it off at first thinking that his head is just so muscular that it stretched the skin on his head like a canvass...but im not so sure now..almost like shark eyes..when he eats its like he smacks his lips im thinking because its hard to breath and drools also..vetsare closed til monday and i was wondering if any1 could help...oh and no cough either..thanx in advance brett

He could have a growth in his nasal canal or sinuses.I would try to find an emergency vet.If you can't get ahold of a vet, use saline nasal drops in his nose to try and relieve the discomfort ( no decongestants,just saline) It sounds serious to me,though.
Reply:you should find an emergency clinic in your area, there should be one, if not watch him closely and take him 1st thing monday these symptoms can be a sign of a serious health problem

Reply:You really need to find an emergency vet. There is probably one in a nearby large town. If his snout is severely clogged, then he may suffocate.
Reply:Find an emergency vet in your area and give them a call. They will be able to assess from the information you give them if he needs to be seen immediately or it can wait until Monday. They will generally give you info on how to care for him in the meantime if it isn't an emergency.

Reply:This could be very serious. He sounds not only dehydrated but the difficulty breathing is what is really concerning. Please find an emergency clinic or at the very least know where one is in case he becomes severely dyspnic (hard of breathing).
