EAT LESS on oily or fatty foods like french fries, burgers, chicken skin, fats of pork and beef and foods that are deep fried. They are so rich in cholesterol. You have to eat a balanced diet. You could still eat meat like chicken, pork and beef, but have some vegetables or fruits on the side. Also don't eat too much of carbohydrates like noodles, rice or potatoes. Just eat the right amount. Well I hope this could help you!

If you actually have some restriction, there are medications to break up clots, and remove cholesterol, but 16 year olds can usually alter their lifestyle as needed with help.
