HELP!!!!!! Clogged kitchen sink!!?

I am at my wits end here! All of a sudden today the perfectly working kitchen sink is 100% clogged. It is extremely cold out today so not sure if that caused something to harden in the pipes or what!?


I plunged so much, I took the trap off, I snaked it over and over and it's still exactly the same. The pipes in the walls have so many elbows it's very hard to get the snake through and it only goes so far and will not pass further. I NEED my sink and can't afford a plumber.

Reach out to a neighbor or relative who may have the skills. You are getting no where by yourself. You might just have to pony up the doe for a plumber.
Reply:when my sink clogged it took me hours to fix it ,this is what i did


i boiled water and poured big pots in the sink


i used bleach first and let it soak


i plunged it over and over with a cup


but i believe the water is what really helped
Reply:Get the longer snake. Call engineering.
Reply:You can try boiling hot water poured down the drain (this would help to eliminate something caused by the cold), a plunger (which creates pressure in the pipes to force it down or pull it out the top) or the Liquid Plumber Foaming Pipe Snake.
Reply:Try a lye based drain cleaner!
