Help with clogged sewer lines?

My wife and i have had the issue a couple of times, our sewer lines are bad and about every 3 yrs they clog and back up into yard , we have clean outs that is where it backs up into.

in the sewer lines is a belly of some sort that builds up and causes issue.

my question is , is there a chemical i can put down the sewer or clean out that will eat or disolve the toilet paper and build up?

The closest that comes in a chemical to what you need is an enzymatic cleaner. The problem is they take a bit of time for the enzyme to do break down biological material so if you use it as a amaintainance measure I would feel that it would pass through the lines before it reacts with the buildup. Also the enzymes used don't break down paper.

I think the best method would be either a snake or high pressure water cleaner.
Reply:ever heard of a plumber?
Reply:sounds like good ol tree roots to me.....the belly issue is of some concern as well. if the line has a dip in it bad enough to cause problems it needs dug up and replaced and put on grade. if tree roots are your problem, have the drain roto rooted and flush some copper sulfate down the toilet every night befor you go to bed. That will kill the roots (and possibly the tree) that's causing the problem.
Reply:you might want to invest in a a "snake" that will move through the tubes and dislodge whatever is clogging your outdoor pipes. You will have to get a significant length but it's the same type of metal "snake" that you see the professionals use. You can get it at a hardware store.
Reply:**** dont go there tell your wife its her girly rags that are blocking it and get her to do it , it usually is .Or if they are drains shared with neighbours its the waterboards problem good luck stinky
