My ear is clogged????????????

I woke up this morning with a clogged ear. I can barely hear out of it. A doctor told me several weeks ago that the ear had a little earwax, and I've treated it twice with an earwax removal kit, but, nothing comes out. I also sleep with earplugs. Any ideas as to what is ailing me? Oh, yes, and if I belch (small lady-like ones :) the ear will unclog for a second and clog right back up.

My ear is clogged????????????
Try taking sudafed first and see if that helps. If that doesn't do it then you may need to see a doc next week to have your ears flushed. You may be pushing the wax in a bit when you use ear plugs.
Reply:I would try not wearing ear plugs. Also get a bottle of alcohol and with a q-tip put it in ear twice a day until it feels uncluged

and that should help unclug your ear. It worked wonders for me!!!!!
Reply:I know that when you have swimmers ear, you use hydrogen peroxide to clear it up. It eats the bacteria in there.

Hope you get some info from that. Hope it gets better!
Reply:An ear, nose and throat doc can clear this up for you, or perhaps your regular doctor, using a loop to remove the wax. One of my ENTs always told their patients to "never stick anything smaller than your elbow in your ear." If you've been using Q-tips, there's a chance you've actually pushed the wax down further in your ear, or if you've followed the wax removal kit instructions, it might have just combined with the wax.
Reply:Lots of people in this small community are having the same

trouble too. Many have to go to the doctor, and get the ear

cleaned out. Theirs has to do with the pollen count in the

air, and / or some of the fresh fruits %26amp; other foods, that might

affect that too.

With me, it is an old injury to the jaw, where the Muscle of

the jaw, recedes toward the eardrum, and it swells, when

the weath changes, and / if I sleep the wrong way, and I

wake up with hardly any sounds into that ear, and also

sometimes dizzy %26amp; eventually nauseated...

You would need to see a doctor, for a professional opinion.

But for that ear, I would not use earplugs, because THE

HOLES IN YOUR BODY WERE PUT THERE FOR A

PURPOSE, AND YOUR BODY BREATHES AND RE-

LEASES AIR, AND OTHER POLLUTIONS, FROM THE

BODY, THRU THOSE HOLES...

I don't plug off none of my HOLES, because God didn't

make it for me to do that....on a permanent basis, anyway.

The more I'm learning about the body, the more I even

believe that I should have known such simple things as

the body, needing to breathe...

Maybe you need to stretch that jaw, and yawn, really big..

more often, or at least every morning, when that happens....

Sometimes the silliest things can happen to us, and we

really think, something serious is going on...but then...

it turns out to be, a little bit.......Too Funny....

(I'm glad yours is not so serious)...
Reply:If you take some paper and roll it up like a funnel put the smaller part in your ear and light the other end with a lighter, let it burn for a while, this will bring that stuff up to the surface of your ear to help unclog it. Its an old remedy.
