Everytime when i wake up in the morning, i have clogged ears, and every time i eat something and i don't swallow for a long time, my ears clog. I irrigate my ears with Debrox, and the day after i use it, my ears are even more clogged when i wake up!!! this has been going on for about 2 months.
Why do my ears keep clogging?
I work in a hospital and when i recently had an ear infection my ear was clogged for about 3 weeks and couldn't hear anything out of it. One of the RN's i work with gave me the best advice ever and it worked great! Take a sock and put white rice in it, tie it closed and heat it up in the microwave for as long as you need...make sure you don't get it too hot you don't want to burn yourself. The rice stays hot for a really long time....lay down with the sock all the way from the front opening of your ear to down your neck.
It took a couple days of doing this when i went to bed but it worked, and it stayed unclogged!
Reply:You really do need to go and see your doctor about this. Nobody here can possibly speculate about what is causing it.
