Clogged Tear Ducts? Any Help here?

I'm 12 and Ihave clogged tear ducts. It's a birth effect. My mom doesn't know any way to fix it. Could you tell me how to fix it w/o getting surgery? Please help. Thanks.

Maybe this requires surgery, maybe they can do it in a few minutes in the clinic, I don't know without knowing exactly what kind of birth defect you're referring to. If they simply clog easily when you're sick or upset, perhaps an anti-inflammatory medicine could help.


Either an ophthalmologist (eye doctor) or otolaryngologist (ears-nose-throat doctor) is who deals with this type of thing, so if it really bothers you get your mom to make an appointment and I'm sure they can explain your options better.
